Continue development and revisions of VSM (Value Stream Map) to identify opportunities for improvement in Material Flow. 2\. Define and recalculate Kanban sizes for each component between Supermarkets and shop floor as required. 3\. Monitor performance of Kanban levels and take pro-active actions to solve problems and mitigate risk attributable to these levels and the corresponding assembly cells. 4\. Interact closely with Production, Engineering and Quality to effectively plan and execute Kanban requirements to support Plant requirements. 5\.
