As a Material Handler I, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring flawless execution of tasks and supporting our ambitious goals. * Aliquot (infectious and non-infectious) serum and plasma units for customer samples, testing samples, and replenishment of the sample bank inventory. * Follow all SOP’s, Test Specifications, and/or Order Processing for customer specifications. * Build, perform, and complete cycle counts to schedule using the ABC process. * Build labels for tubes and bottles according to specifications, maintaining a comprehensive library of labels based on customer requirements. * Maintain all sampling logs, files, and associated paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Enter data and keep department data files current. * Review and sign off on monthly log sheets for weight balance, laminar flow hoods, and eyewash stations. * Provide outstanding support to meet and exceed external customer expectations by ensuring order fulfillment accuracy and timely delivery. * Tho
