Learn about our company culture [directly from our team](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLx6KVtDVwnt14YATMWD8aaZ-gb-5X6gqM). **YOU** As a material handler, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of materials throughout the department in Packaging. **This position works 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.** **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)** You will mainly be responsible for the flow of material in, and out of the department. (70%) You will be responsible for staging bins/wire for nail and screw mfg. (15%) You will be responsible for accurately locating all products removed from the department in the designated rack. (10%) You will be responsible for checking and ensuring that all counts are correct on raw and finished goods that are taken from the department. (5%) **DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too: * Problem-Solving- In this position, there will be occasions where you have to make on-the-spot decisions. * 6 months-Forklift/Reach- truck experience **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
