Manage and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy, ensure timely deliveries to internal/external customers, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards (SOX/ISO). The role operates material handling equipment, performs cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, processes shipments and site-to-site transfers, and partners with Procurement, Finance, and Quality on compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency with inventory systems (SAP / Material Master), safe equipment operation, and a continuous improvement mindset. **Main Responsibilities** : * Receiving: * Ensure timely and accurate receipts of incoming materials. * Verify proper documentation for all receipts. * Process transactions accurately and promptly in SAP. * Maintain record retention for all receipt documents. * Document any discrepancies and collaborate with Procurement to resolve issues. Inventory management: * Maintain, and issue inventory with FIFO requirement timely. * Perform SOX‑compliant cycle counts, create storage bin locations; collaborate with procurement maintain part/material data in inventory systems (SAP / Material Master). * Work with Procurement to process/scrap damaged parts. * Support IATF/ISO/Quality audits.
