Must Have
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time
Nice to Have
2-3 years preferable of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards
What You'll Do.
Provide departments with materials needed
Record weights and tote counts
Follow first in first out (FIFO) inventory flow
Report discrepancies related to cannabis shipments
Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels
Assist in receiving goods and stocking shelves
Operate lift trucks to move equipment/supplies
Receive and handoff shipments to carriers
Communicate shipment issues with leadership
Assist with Grow media removal
Operate shredding equipment to dispose of plant waste
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with other departments to help ship/receive cannabis material, supplies and equipment; Work collaboratively with all company departments and employees
