Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, the Material Handler 2 is responsible for accurate & timely material delivery to production lines and day-to-day receiving department activities, while working closely with both shop floor and receiving department staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive Packing slips * Fulfill Kanban orders as required * Pick material and deliver all production boards * Generate and fill transfers * Slab picking * Aluminum picking * PH tech picking * Accurate cycle counting * Cardboard recycling and golf cart driving * Assist in other areas as needed * Maintain cleanliness of working area * Deliver product to various areas of the factory as required ## Qualifications * Valid Fork Lift license and previous experience required (1 year). * Strong communication, customer service, basic mathematical, and organizational skills. * Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards within the work area. * Team player with a desire to get the job done correctly and on time. * Flexible and willing to learn new functions within the receiving department. * Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to accept a high degree of responsibility and work well under pressure. * Computer skills are required. * Ability to withstand very warm and very cold temperatures. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs
