What You’ll Get to Do The Shipping report any discrepancies and damages immediately Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and basic math skills Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas (5S standards) Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Safely and properly stock inventory in designated areas Participate in inventory counts and periodic cycle counts What We Are Looking For Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to safely operate or learn material-handling equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and accuracy Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Basic math skills and ability to read measurements Strong organizational and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed Forklift Certified a plus (or ability to get certified) Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted Ability to stand, walk, and work on a concrete floor for 8–10 hours per shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels Ability to work in varying climate conditions (heat, cold, humidity typical of Houston) What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive b
