This position is a general labor/material handling type of role within our Shower Door Division. Responsibilities include pulling glass and metal materials from holding racks, inspecting products for quality, packaging, and stocking materials for distribution. Employees may be cross-trained throughout the department. Please note: This position does not involve forklift operation. The typical shift for this role is 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime or a Saturday shift may be assigned as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read, interpret, and process work orders accurately Inspect metal components for defects, including scratches, dents, and die marks Verify metal materials meet specifications outlined in work orders, including length, finish, and hole placement Use a tape measure to ensure all products meet required dimensions and guidelines Complete production orders by locating and obtaining correct aluminum profiles in the appropriate sizes from various storage areas Assist with shower door hardware parts as needed Requirements Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and self-motivation Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-p
