Full Job Description

As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems. * Design and optimize warehouse material flow processes for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, ensuring efficient operations and performance tracking. * Calculate and manage Kanban inventory levels based on demand, supplier packaging, replenishment lead times, delivery routes, and inventory classification. * Define suitable storage and handling solutions by selecting the right Kanban containers and storage methods according to product size, weight, and specific requirements. * Plan and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization, improve ergonomics, and ensure proper storage conditions. * Analyze resource requirements including workforce, equipment, and workload to support lean and efficient material flow. * Determine warehouse investment and capacity needs, including storage space, equipment (CAPEX), and staffing requirements. * Maintain inventory control parameters and support production changes by managing MIN-MAX stock levels and coordinating the introduction and phase-out of components and assemblies. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management * Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is considered a strong advantage. * Professional proficiency using English language * Strong analytical and problem-solvin
