Material Flow & Layout Design** * Design and optimize factory layouts, including production lines, supermarkets, storage locations, and material routes * Define and maintain storage locations (bin locations, supermarket design, rack configuration) to ensure efficient material access and replenishment * Support facility expansions, reconfigurations, and new product launches **2\. Line-Side Delivery & Presentation** * Define line-side material presentation strategies, including “border of line” design and replenishment zones * Implement and optimize delivery methods such as kitting, sequencing, bulk supply, and point-of-use delivery * Improve operator ergonomics and ensure consistent material presentation standards **3\. PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Management** * Develop and maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part) database including: * Part dimensions and packaging * Delivery frequency and replenishment methods * Storage and line-side requirements * Ensure PFEP accuracy supports lean flow, inventory optimization, and standardized processes *
