Must Have
experienced in working around heavy equipment, comfortable with working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), communication, leadership, and organizational skills, attention to detail and good work ethic
What You'll Do.
Identifying inbound material grades
non-recyclable and hazardous material in inbound loads
Effectively and successfully training productivity
quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Inspection Team
Facilitating and directing trucks to correct yard locations in an efficient manner
Performing Daily Checks (Pile Quality
Providing feedback to production about material quality or sale specifications
Coordinating quick action for loads that need to be sorted and dealt with in a timely fashion
Communicating with supervisors and commercial team about downgrades and deductions
Assisting in the implementation of training programs to train external team members on quality and procedures
Reviewing outbound sales to ensure quality specifications are met
