Must Have
B. Sc. in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent, Minimum 10 years in infrastructure projects, at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC on roads, bridges, or tunnels, technical reporting, MS Office, basic AutoCAD, laboratory management, stakeholder communication
What You'll Do.
documentation of all material of the project to ensure that the project is constructed as per Contract requirements and specifications
Review the Contractor's material submittals and obtain the required approvals according to the applicable standards and project specifications
Serves as the focal point for the scheduling and control of construction materials and equipment at the job site
Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications
Coordinates work of subconsultants for material testing
Maintains office files related to the project
material inspections and writes daily diaries
Prepares daily reports and other documentation
as required by the contract
Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work
Recognizes potential conflicts
