## **Job Description** The **Material Coordinator** is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of GMP materials and products to manufacturing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth Manufacturing support operations, including maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production supply activities. The technician ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including handling hazardous materials, tanker and waste offloads as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Stage and transfer materials from the warehouse to manufacturing areas based on the production schedule. Ensure smooth flow of materials through the warehouse and production zones. * Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by recording all material movements in SAP. Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies. * Maintain organized, clean, and safe workspaces. Replenish supplies and support general warehouse tasks as needed. * Support tanker and waste offloads with a full face respirator and appropriate PPE **Schedule:** Sat, Sun, and Mon 7:00 am – 7:30 pm ## ## **Qualifications** * HS Diploma may require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Haz-Waste Handling / DOT/ IATA Certification is required. * Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including SAP, Microsoft products and the Internet. * Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles, basic Algebra, and the ability to apply these to daily routine functions. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business literature, technical processes, and regulations.
