What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, 2-4 years of experience in a material handling, warehousing, or logistics role, Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, Proficiency with inventory management systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/MRP systems), attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handling, Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to material handling and warehousing
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in a related field, valid certification preferred
What You'll Do.
Execute daily material handling activities
Perform accurate data entry and updates
Issue materials to production orders
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
Prepare materials for outbound shipments
Operate material handling equipment safely
Identify and report discrepancies
and safe work environment
Assist in training less experienced material handlers

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material-related issues; Ability to work as part of a team
