The Material Control Technician involves receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping products while adhering to company policies and procedures. The employee also exercises document control and creation, packaging, and preparation for shipment or transfer to company, vendor and client sites. Other responsibilities include routinely interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and supporting production efforts as needed. The incumbent MUST have flexibility to work at or between locations in North Wales and Harleysville. Accountabilities: * Sort, distribute, shelf/ store components received for job assignments. * Prep and package materials for shipment or transfer to other company sites or vendors. * Prepare accurate labeling for shipping. * Move, unload, stage and store materials utilizing lifting equipment such as fork trucks, and pallet jacks. * Perform inventory cycle counts * Assist with assembling metalwork and the handling of sheet metal goods. * Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. * Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance. * May be required to cross train, supporting other sections of the Company. * Performs other duties as assigned. #
