Material Asset Manager Washington, DC | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) | 10% Travel | Full-Time Position Overview Crown Innovations is seeking an experienced Material Asset Manager to support asset accountability, inventory management, procurement coordination, and government property administration activities in support of FAA programs and organizational operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate custodial records for accountable and non-accountable personal property, facilities, equipment, and government-furnished property within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Real Estate and Asset Management System (FRAMES). The selected candidate will coordinate asset acquisition, tracking, transfer, inventory, storage, and disposal activities while ensuring compliance with government regulations, contractual requirements, and organizational policies. The Material Asset Manager will also be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing centralized storage areas, ensuring efficient utilization of space, proper asset accountability, and inventory accuracy. This role will serve as the primary authority regarding storage organization, equipment disposition, inventory controls, and material management practices. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in improving asset accountability, inventory controls, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across FAA programs. Key Responsibilities Asset & Property Management • Provide comprehensive asset and material management support including budget planning, procurement coordination, equipment identification, shipping and receiving, transportation logistics, storage management, inventory control, and government property administration • Administer and maintain asset management systems, including the FAA Real Estate and Asset Management System (FRAMES) • Maintain accurate accountability records for accountable and non-accountable government property throughout the asset
