What You'll Do.

Assist in ERP software implementation

Review administrative reports from ERP software

Monitor ERP software input and maintain database accuracy

Assist in ERP software training development

Provide assistance to Scheduling and Materials Administrators

Establish and maintain EDI software interfaces

Manage daily information flow from customers

Manage daily information flow to suppliers

Provide backup to Sales Administrator

Assist in development of material control processes

Perform review of supplier base

Review competitive bidding and price

Provide purchasing support to APQP launch teams

Assist in supplier qualification

Assist in supplier approval process

Gather and maintain supplier rating information

Generate daily management reports

Develop continuous improvement programs

Participate in QS-9000 activities

Participate in developing computer system solutions

Participate in development of supplier agreements

Participate in bid specification packages

Participate in selection of supplier

Monitor inventory turn

Monitor material management performance

Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** # Specific Job Duties * Assist in the implementation, documentation and improvement activities of the company’s ERP software. * Review administrative reports generated from the ERP software to monitor departmental performance as dictated by company objectives. * Monitor ERP software input and maintain database informaton accuracy. * Assist in the development and implemetation of ERP software classes for Norplas team member training. * Learn the major job duties and provide assistance to the departmental Scheduling and Materials Administrators during periods of high work load, training or vacation periods. * Establish and maintain EDI software interfaces with customers and suppliers. This will include the daily management of information flow from our customers to the Norplas demand schedule, as well as the suppliers’ material schedules. * Provide
