Eligibility Requirements

Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day, Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a frequent basis, Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis, Ability to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on an occasional basis, Capable of performing repetitive motion for four (4) to six (6) hours a day, Good vision as a close distance is required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate's Degree required, Six years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree, Minimum three years experience in a face paced work environment with scheduling and materials management responsibilities, Demonstrated understanding of MRP, production support systems, Windows NT, Ability to manage multiple tasks to timely completion

What You'll Do.

Assist in ERP software implementation

Review administrative reports from ERP software

Monitor ERP software input and database accuracy

Assist in ERP software training development

Provide assistance to Scheduling and Materials Administrators

Establish and maintain EDI software interfaces

Manage daily information flow from customers

Manage daily information flow to suppliers

Provide backup to Sales Administrator

Assist in development of material control processes

Perform review of supplier base

Review competitive bidding and price

Provide purchasing support to APQP launch teams

Assist in supplier qualification and approval

Gather and maintain supplier rating information

Generate daily management reports

Develop and participate in continuous improvement programs

Participate in developing computer system solutions

Participate in development of supplier agreements

Monitor inventory turn

Monitor material management performance
