The role provides cross‑business expertise, drives critical operational reviews, and oversees key funding mechanisms that enable optimal sourcing strategies. Rare Earth Elements Strategy • Represent Raytheon Supply Chain at the corporate level on all initiatives involving the evolving environment of Rare Earth Elements. • Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert, providing guidance, insight, and strategic support across all Raytheon businesses. • Support development and execution of sourcing strategies that address supply risk, market dynamics, and long‑term material needs.
