Projekttitel** Entwicklung eines dynamischen Simulationsprogramms zur Losgrößenoptimierung für mehrfach verwendete Stücklistenkomponenten unter Berücksichtigung von Lagerkosten, Kundenbedarfen und Rüstzeiten **2\. Ausgangslage / Problemstellung** In komplexen Produktionsumgebungen werden viele Komponenten in mehreren Baugruppen oder Endprodukten gleichzeitig verwendet. Dies führt zu erheblichen Herausforderungen bei der Planung optimaler Losgrößen. Die heutigen Planungsmethoden basieren häufig auf statischen Formeln (z. B. Andler), die reale Schwankungen wie stochastische Kundenbedarfe, variable Rüstzeiten oder dynamische Lagerbestände nicht ausreichend berücksichtigen. Es fehlt ein dynamisches simulationsbasiertes Analysewerkzeug, das die Mehrfachverwendung von Komponenten berücksichtigt, Lagerkosten, Rüstkosten und Bedarfsvariabilität integriert, produktspezifische Abhängigkeiten in Stücklistenstrukturen abbildet und automatisch optimale Losgrößen auf Komponenten- und Fertigteilebene vorschlägt. **3\.
