Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, business administration, or computer science, Certification in operator or vendor management (APICS CPIM or CSCP), 2-5 years related experience in materials management, production planning, or material scheduling in a manufacturing company, Analytical capabilities including data analysis to optimize plans relative to different constraint factors, Fluent conversational English
Nice to Have
Proficiency in SAP, Proficiency in Logility
What You'll Do.
Create assembly line specific build schedules
Align with Demand planning on build requirements
Understand shop constraints and incorporate into scheduling algorithm
Support Supply Chain Planning with supply constraints
Build plan using Theory of Constraints & Optimization
Achieve build mix each week
Structure plan for shop efficiency
Account for critical supply chain constraints
Achieve lowest cost build plan
Lead cross-functional change management process
Build model and run analysis for effective solutions
Identify most effective solution for plant
Coordinate introduction of NPI into production system
Attend program launch meetings
Understand impacts of new variants
Ensure launch timing solves factory priorities
Participate in daily plant operational review
Maintain health of material flow
Own reporting on plant status & performance
Pull data from ERP & production management systems
Support operational report out to S&OE meeting
Define business requirements
Generate use cases to drive software development
