Must Have
1 year or more in related experience, Ability to work specified shift, Ability to work for the set wage amount, Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules, Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions, Ability to interpret material, Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers, Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools & templates, Ability to operate various office equipment as needed, Ability to perform simple math calculations, Appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly use various equipment and/or tools, Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
Nice to Have
Proficient in using MS Office applications, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access Intermediate
What You'll Do.
Provide delivery scheduled dates to end customer
Resolve inventory and service problems
Facilitate customer service issue resolution
Provide Customer Service for multiple MXD Group clients
Record and maintain scheduling information
Maintain end customer records
Resolve product or service problems
Contribute to team effort
Maximize routing capacity
Report scheduling issues timely
Follow proper scheduling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Perform additional duties as assigned
