Primarily office-based with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor, Ability to sit or stand and work at a desk or workstation for extended periods, Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone for prolonged periods of time, Ability to read information on screens, documents, and presentations, Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and manufacturing plants, May require occasional extended hours to support critical production or delivery milestones, Adhere to standard processes and practices, Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE, Maintain a clean, organized work area
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ applicable experience in production planning, master scheduling, or manufacturing operations, Proficient with standard business tools including Microsoft Office, Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and material flow
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as APICS or CPIM, Proficient with MRP or ERP MAPICS experience, Proficient with Microsoft BI and Microsoft Planner, Manufacturing, industrial, or engineered-products environments
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule
Maintain accurate scheduling data
Translate engineering schedules into production plans
Coordinate short- and long-term capacity planning
Manage schedule changes and priorities
Track and report key metrics
Analyze schedule performance and recommend corrective actions
Recommend and implement process improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as the primary scheduling liaison between manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, project management and sales; Participate in and may lead the MCR and S&OP meetings; Collaborate on solutions for capacity constraints
