What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active Texas Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), Eligible to supervise plumbing work in accordance with Texas law, Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing, Demonstrated experience working with temporary, modular, or prefabricated structures, Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, Ability to work independently and take ownership of site plumbing systems
Nice to Have
Experience supporting high‑occupancy residential or workforce accommodation facilities
What You'll Do.
Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for the facility
and maintain plumbing systems
Diagnose and resolve leaks
Ensure plumbing systems operate safely and reliably
Supervise and verify plumbing work performed by apprentices
Support general facilities maintenance activities
Perform routine inspections to identify deficiencies
Respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with other trades, maintenance staff, and subcontractors; Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel
