WHAT’S THE JOB? The Master Plumber is the licensed plumbing authority responsible for the safe, code‑compliant operation and maintenance of all plumbing systems at a large workforce accommodations facility in the State of Texas. The site consists of temporary, modular, hardwall structures configured into a complex that supports housing, washrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities, and common spaces for a rotating workforce. In addition to licensed plumbing work, the role supports general facilities maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations. This position requires an active Texas Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) and strict compliance with Texas plumbing codes and standards. YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE Plumbing Systems & Code Compliance * Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for the facility, ensuring compliance with: * Texas State Plumbing Code * Applicable municipal requirements * Install, inspect, repair, service, and maintain plumbing systems, including: * Domestic water distribution * Drainage, waste, and vent (DWV) systems * Hot water systems and heaters * Fixtures, valves, pumps, and backflow prevention * Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and system failures * Ensure plumbing systems serving temporary and modular structures operate safely and reliably * Supervise and verify plumbing work performed by apprentices, journeymen, or contractors as permitted by Texas law.
