Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull as needed, high manual dexterity and fine motor skills, use of liquid nitrogen, operate, clean, and troubleshoot precision laboratory instruments, handle delicate glassware, keen hand-eye coordination, visual acuity, safely handle hazardous materials, interpret precise volumetric measurements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in luxury bar operations or high-end beverage programs, Proven expertise in molecular mixology techniques and modern cocktail innovation, Knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, ingredient functionality, and beverage presentation techniques, Experience in prior concept development, in a luxury hospitality environment required, Prior involvement in beverage related marketing including partnerships with international media houses, Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and guest engagement through beverage programming
Nice to Have
Recognized industry certifications (e.g., WSET, BarSmarts, or comparable mixology certifications) preferred, Prior Departmental Trainer / Train the Trainer or related certifications preferred, 2 Year Diploma / Higher education in the field of hospitality preferred
