Our mission is to empower organizations with the tools, programs, and expertise they need to succeed in the cloud-first world. **Summary** Arrow is seeking a **Business-Oriented MDM Analyst** to support its global Master Data Management program by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and document business requirements for master data * Work with users to understand data needs and use cases * Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness) * Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams * Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights * Act as the bridge between business functions within Arrow (ECS & Components) and technical teams **Profile** * 1–3 years in **business analysis, data analysis, or MDM** * Knowledge of **Informatica MDM** * Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills * Comfortable working in global teams **What’s In It for You** * A **full-time permanent role
