Job Description Who we are looking for This role is part of the Investment Services Organization, working closely with Country Head, relationship managers and Master Custody division. It requires strong coordination and organizational skills. What you will be responsible for * Support on governance related administrative activities for Master Custody Division and State Street Taipei Branch. * Support on client reporting and investment compliance monitoring of portfolios. * Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from internal and external sources. * Ensure team members deliverable are completed timely by monitoring deadlines and project progress. * Collect, consolidate, and produce management or business reporting, including business related materials, market data analysis, and other key reports or presentations. * Provide administrative support. * Take on ad-hoc assignments as needed. Preferred Qualifications * Experience Expectations: o Two years minimum in compliance or corporate secretarial supports. o Eight years preferred in administration. * Experience supporting senior management. * Ability to work in an international environment. * Strong people skills for cross-department communication. * Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with strong attention to details. Language proficiency in Mandarin and English.
