Must Have
Current Master <45m (minimum), Current MED2 (minimum), Certificate of Local Knowledge (Port Jackson), Current First Aid Certificate, Current Certificate of Medical Fitness (AMSA or equivalent), Current Working with Childrens’ Check, Sound line handling and seamanship skills, High level of self-motivation and organisational skills, High level of personal presentation, Proven interpersonal skills and a ability to communicate at all levels, Demonstrated ability to maintain vessel machinery and auxiliary systems, Demonstrated vessel handling skills
Nice to Have
Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable not essential)
What You'll Do.
clear and diligent management of the vessel and crew
preparation of the vessel for operation

management of the vessel finishing its operations
Ensure the safe navigation and operation of the vessel
Maintain and update vessel systems
maintain accurate paperwork on the vessel
crew attendance and performance
Ensure the overall satisfaction and safety of passengers on the vessel
directing your crew as appropriate in their primary roles and duties
The enforcement of vessel security
managing security threats
managing breach reports
managing emergency situations
managing security screening
Manage the crew to ensure the vessel is clean
safe in good order for service
Manage the crew compliance
vessel and land-based training and drills
compliance with maritime regulations
Code of Conduct requirements
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Have full knowledge of the Safety Management Systems
