Greet and service members
Provide individualized massage therapy services
Develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients
Educate clients on products

Maintain appearance and cleanliness
Serve as an expert in muscle and body
Promote and sell massage therapy services
Encourage repeat business
Remain current on certifications and new trends
