This mason role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring high-quality masonry workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and driving efficient project completion. The ideal mason will bring strong leadership abilities, field expertise, and a commitment to excellence. ## Key Responsibilities Lead daily masonry operations on residential and commercial job sites Supervise masonry crews and provide hands-on leadership in the field Ensure all masonry work meets company quality and safety standards Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow to maintain project timelines Read and interpret project plans and specifications Train and mentor team members while promoting accountability and leadership Travel between local job sites using a company-provided truck Maintain professional communication with customers, crews, and management ## Qualifications 3+ years of masonry industry experience required Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and job site safety Ability to lead teams and manage multiple masonry projects efficiently Valid driver’s license required Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen ## Work Environment This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
