What You'll Do.
Support the day-to-day administration of Marketing Cloud Next across multiple Business Units
Assist with user setup
and platform configuration
Maintain platform standards
Support the configuration
and deployment of customer journeys and automated campaigns
Assist with audience segmentation
and campaign validation
Work closely with campaign teams to ensure journeys are configured accurately and operate as expected
Support audience activation workflows between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next
Validate customer data used within campaigns and personalisation activities
Identify and escalate data quality or operational issues impacting campaign performance
Support the ongoing migration from Iterable to Marketing Cloud Next
and operational readiness activities during migration phases
Help maintain documentation and support UAT activities across rollout waves
Monitor campaign workflows
and platform activity
Support troubleshooting of platform and campaign issues
Escalate technical issues and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve them
Maintain platform documentation
and operational runbooks
Support training and enablement for marketing users across the business
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day platform support queries
