This role will lead a team of quality critical focus, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support production in achieving quality objectives. **Key Responsibilities** **D aily Activities** * Conduct **start-of-shift quality checks** and review production schedules. * Perform **line audits** to ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards. * Monitor **in-process inspections** and verify critical dimensions/specifications. * Address **quality alerts** and resolve issues promptly with production teams. * Ensure **proper documentation** of inspection results and nonconformances. * Verify **calibration status** of measurement tools and equipment. * Communicate **quality updates** during daily production meetings. **Weekly Activities** * Review **scrap and rework reports** ; identify trends and root causes. * Conduct **layered process audits (LPA)** or internal audits. * Update and maintain **quality control plans** and inspection sheets. * Provide **training and refreshers** for operators on quality standards. * Track **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
