Full Job Description
Job Description Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across multiple marketplace platforms. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and CVR. Design and run structured experiments on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Creator Marketing, Creative, and Live Streaming) to align product assortment, promotional calendars, and content strategies for optimal paid performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and platform partners to stay updated on the latest marketplace advertising features and developments. Develop and manage comprehensive media plans and budget allocations across platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and CPAS (Meta Ads). Prepare comprehensive performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop full-funnel advertising strategies covering Brand Awareness, Prospecting, Retargeting, and Lookalike audience modeling. Manage Collaborative Ads (CPAS) on Meta to drive high-intent external traffic to marketplace product pages. Conduct ongoing keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies (manual vs. auto-bidding) to maintain cost efficiency. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on marketplace advertising platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and CPAS. Solid understanding of paid media metrics, marketplace dashboards, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong knowledge of market trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior. Confident in presenting campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients. Prior experience working in a creative or marketing agency, or advertising platform is a plus. Proven experience in managing multi-channel client advertising campaigns.
