What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field, 10 + years in MarTech or related fields, 3 + years in leadership, Deep experience in CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects, cross-functional leadership skills with experience in matrixed global organizations, Understanding of pharma commercialization and compliance frameworks
