What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of marketing experience, with fluency across multiple disciplines (digital, content, web, lifecycle, performance, analytics, operations), strategic execution instincts and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, define clear next steps, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction, Proven B2C marketing experience with a understanding of consumer behavior, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing strategies, Deep fluency in marketing and business analytics platforms, with experience using data to diagnose performance gaps and inform strategic decisions, Demonstrated ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes, Experience applying AI tools and workflow automations to improve marketing execution and efficiency (not just as an end user, but someone who builds and deploys solutions), Proven ability to operate across multiple priorities and workstreams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting recommendations and performance insights to cross-functional and executive stakeholders, Experience managing external vendors or strategic partners with accountability for performance and ROI, Resourceful, scrappy, and solutions-oriented — you bring creativity and determination to getting things done, especially when the path forward isn’t obvious
