Execute on deliverables to support advisor activations and key activities

Contribute to the formulation of timely reports with relevant analysis based on data from various sources

Oversee and manage team’s initiatives list & roadmaps

Manulife Vitality is a differentiated, behaviour‑change program embedded within select Individual Insurance products. Through personalized health goals, activity tracking, and rewards, Manulife _Vitality_ helps Canadians live longer, healthier, better lives while deepening advisor engagement and supporting policyholder retention. As the **Manulife Vitality Marketing Specialist** , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of the advisor and member marketing roadmaps. The role focuses on supporting marketing initiatives, such as reporting, brief development, budget coordination, content review, and campaign support as well as event planning and execution for Advisors experiences. The role support an always-on, Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) marketing strategy that raises awareness for Manulife Vitality with advisors and their clients who come members of the program. The marketing specialist will support end to end management of our marketing intake process and support marketing projects and requests. Employ strong project management discipline to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad marketing exposure while building deep experience in B2B marketing strategy, lifecycle and engagement marketing, and cross functional collaboration.
