Full Job Description
Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. **Role Summary:** Drive corporate trust in Thailand by managing flagship educational, AI, and safety programs. You’ll oversee agency vendors, lead local event execution, and adapt global campaigns using Thai consumer insights. Requires 1–2 years’ experience and native Thai fluency with strong English. Role: * Support operational support and program management for flagship initiatives, including regional career certification tracks, student ambassador networks, AI academies, and country-level velocity program planning. * Systematise complex operational processes across multiple workstreams to ensure program goals and OKRs are met efficiently. * Manage high-visibility project timelines, track regional progress, and create compelling performance reports with limited guidance. * Support high-impact economic growth initiatives that help students, entrepreneurs, and individuals gain critical skills to advance their careers and businesses. * Drive digital responsibility education across the market, teaching users how to take control of their data and remain safe online regarding privacy and security. * Maintain meticulous documentation, including localised program trackers, training materials, and master vendor records. * Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements across various external vendor operations. * Manage creative agencies, media partners, and event organisers to ensure high-quality project delivery that meets global standards. * Oversee the end-to-end Thai language translation and validation process for all marketing and campaign assets. * Translate global brand initiatives a
