Location: Philippines (100% Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor (exclusive commitment) Compensation: $1200-$1500 USD per month (commensurate with experience and skills) About the Job The Marketing Specialist supports and executes candidate-facing and sales-facing marketing initiatives that directly impact hiring, brand visibility, and revenue growth at Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering clean work, and wants to see their output put to use quickly. You’ll work across content, social media, and basic campaigns, partnering closely with Leadership, Talent, and Growth teams. This role also includes direct interaction with US-based clients and stakeholders when needed. While the majority of the work is execution-focused, you will occasionally participate in meetings, provide updates, and communicate marketing progress professionally. Clear direction is provided — success comes from ownership, consistency, follow-through, and clear communication. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll help turn ideas and priorities into published content, scheduled posts, and usable marketing assets. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working independently.
