POSITION OVERVIEW Building36, a subsidiary of Alarm.com, seeks a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and increase revenue. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating marketing and partner content, and tackling large projects to achieve measurable objectives that align with corporate goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and manages an integrated content calendar across email, social, events, and partner channels; writes compelling copy and coordinates with internal and external design resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time Executes email marketing campaigns, including audience strategy, campaign deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve engagement and conversion Manages and optimizes multiple social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, and refining strategy based on analytics and best practices Develops, maintains, and communicates marketing resources for partners by proactively creating, updating, and organizing content within the Partner Portal to support partner success and adoption Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver quarterly newsletters and other recurring communications aligned with business priorities Creates and promotes partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight value, drive credibility, and support sales enablement efforts Manages company participation at in-person events (conferences and tradeshows), including planning logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting booth strategy, and tracking post-event results and follow-up activities Plans, coordinates, and executes online events such as webinars, including promotion, registration workflows, partner collaboration, and post-event reporting Tracks and reports on campaign performance and key mark
