Doctorate degree and 2+ years of marketing and sales experience, Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, Associate’s degree and 10+ years of experience, High school diploma / GED and 12+ years of experience
Nice to Have
8+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a background in specialty products, ideally within oncology or hematology, Proven success in launching and growing brands, with a track record of achieving or maintaining leadership positions, Demonstrated capabilities in core marketing disciplines such as segmentation, positioning, branding, and messaging, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment, Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical promotion, Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, High emotional intelligence, sound business judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Acts as a role model consistent with Amgen’s values and leadership principles
What You'll Do.
Own the strategic direction and performance of key assets within the Cardiovascular Business Unit
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
Own brand performance
and delivery of business results
Create compelling promotional campaigns
and tools to support commercial teams
Manage the end-to-end approval process for promotional materials through internal legal
Drive the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives
leveraging digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement and enhance brand reach
Integrate deep customer and patient insights into strategic planning and promotional execution to ensure relevance and differentiation
Design and execute market research plans to generate actionable insights
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance; Partner closely with key opinion leaders, global teams, and affiliates to ensure alignment and excellence in execution; Work closely with market access and pricing teams to ensure alignment between value proposition and payer needs; Collaborate with sales training teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs for field force effectiveness
