Identify and pursue upsell opportunities

Identify and pursue value-add opportunities
Support territory strategies
Execute customer account plans
Develop new business opportunities
Establish strategic customer relationships
Establish long-term customer contracts
Establish value-added service strategies
Participate in customer meetings
Serve as a key customer contact
Support ownership of assigned customer relationships
Lead customer escalation activities
Coordinate issue resolution
Coordinate communication flow
