Key Responsibilities: * Congress- and Event Management: plan, organize, and manage all aspects of congress participation; coordinate with internal teams (e.g., medical, marketing) as well as international congress management to ensure alignment and compliance with industry regulations; manage relationships with external vendors * Budget Management: develop and manage the congress budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources; monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management; negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms * Stakeholder Engagement: serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders attending the congress; ensure effective communication and collaboration with all parties involved * Compliance and Reporting: ensure all congress activities comply with
