3+ years marketing experience, Associate's degree, Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with Microsoft Teams, Experience with SharePoint, General proficiency PC/Windows, Written and verbal communication skills, Manage multiple deadlines daily, Availability standard business hours
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Experience with Unanet, Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Experience with workload tracking systems

Maintain staff resumes
Maintain project sheets
Update project sheets
Ensure consistency across materials
Ensure accuracy across materials
Ensure quality across materials
Work with marketing team members
