Seamlessly move deliverables from kickoff through tactical execution; Drive cross-channel project management; Manage a high volume of projects from ideation to campaign concept to channel rollout; Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget with high quality expectations; Maximized program efficacy; Increase the efficiency and productivity of the creative team; Develop a framework for measuring ROI effectiveness; Communicate results

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in project management experience, Ability to achieve results through multiple stakeholders across departments, Excellent project management oversight abilities, In-depth understanding of the marketing landscape, Hyper-organized with a proven ability to drive successful project completion on time, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant field
Nice to Have
PMP or other Project Management Certification preferred, ClickUp experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop project plans
Work with Multimedia team for shoots
Report project status
Coordinate creative traffic management
Drive schedules of cross-functional teams
Organize and process asset folders
Prepare and package projects for publishing
Build relationships with peers and partners
Assess upcoming projects
Communicate with team
Foster collaborative communication
and improve processes
Assist with time allocation and resource management
Lead weekly project status meetings
Develop framework for measuring ROI effectiveness
Conduct post-project debriefs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as liaison between Marketing and other departments; Work with Multimedia team; Stay connected with the team; Report project status to core team, management, stakeholders; Coordinate creative traffic management; Drive schedules of cross-functional teams; Build relationships with peers and partners; Meet with cross-functional stakeholders; Communicate with the team; Foster collaborative and results-driven communication across all groups; Prepare for and lead weekly project status meetings; Work alongside Marketing leadership
