What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of project management or marketing operations experience in a corporate environment., Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholder groups., working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar), proficiency with Microsoft 365., Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences ranging from creative teams to executives., attention to detail and organizational discipline., Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams., Able to grasp technology and ecommerce concepts at a working level without being a specialist., Self-directed and proactive., Able to drive work forward without being micromanaged., Experience working in a traditional or hybrid project management environment (Agile/Scrum experience is not required).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign management, or flyer/catalogue production processes is considered an asset., Experience in retail, ecommerce, or B2C marketing environments is considered an asset., Experience coordinating with external agencies, creative partners, or technology vendors is considered an asset.
