What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Previous experience in Project Management within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team, Proven experience in delivering a range of marketing projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, multi-channel campaigns, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels, Solid project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to work across multiple time zones, including occasional late working in response to an urgent deadline, Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions, Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams, High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Nice to Have

Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential

What You'll Do.

Oversee the delivery of marketing projects

from initial brief to completion

ensuring they are delivered on time

and to a high standard

Effectively oversee timelines

and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes

Liaise regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress

and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices

Work closely with creative

and production teams to align on project objectives

Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all teams

Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure smooth project execution

Act as a mediator when challenges arise

balancing client needs with team capabilities

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project progress

Gather feedback to continually improve service delivery
