Must Have

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing digital projects or related required, Experience with Project Management tools like Asana required, Experience with Spreadsheet software like Excel required

Nice to Have

Fashion/product development/e-commerce experience an asset, PMI/PMP or other equivalent project management certification an asset

What You'll Do.

Managing our marketing calendar and related Asana projects

Providing weekly status updates via Asana and our weekly team meeting

Owning all marketing projects and project templates in Asana

Translating strategic goals into the development of actionable projects

Leading tactical management and execution of all marketing projects

Aiding in the management and execution of cross-collaborative and/or special strategic projects

Accountable for all project deadlines

and overall successful completion of all marketing projects

Owning and maintaining the overall marketing project landscape within our project management tool

Proactively reporting on the status of all projects

including risks/challenges/roadblocks

and maintaining production workflows for all elements and projects within the marketing production plan

and completion of quarterly milestones

Negotiating deliverable expectations and timelines with all partners and stakeholders

Owning and maintaining the structure

and data within the marketing calendar

Owning and maintaining the structure

and data of external partner resources

Enforcing and maintaining project communication best practices

Evaluating project status on a regular basis and communicating with all stakeholders

Proactively assessing and mitigating risk

escalating appropriately where necessary

Providing feedback on projects and processes to aid the development and implementation of improved processes and innovation

The Role:    We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to drive the successful execution of campaigns, promotions, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is responsible for managing timelines from kickoff to delivery, ensuring all projects stay on track and aligned with our business goals. As the subject matter expert in Asana, our project management platform, you will coordinate closely with our Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams to streamline workflows, maintain visibility across projects, and proactively identify risks.
