What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media execution, or marketing analytics, Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and ILS platforms (Apartments. com, Zillow, Rent. com, etc.), analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and distill insights into recommendations, Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI, project management, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Communications, or related field, Experience in the multifamily industry, particularly with leasing, operations, or apartment marketing performance metrics, Hands-on experience with Entrata (or similar property management/CRM platforms), including reporting, lead tracking, and marketing attribution tools

Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on budget allocations

Ensure marketing is integrated into capital projects

Serve as primary point of contact for paid media agencies

and performance optimization

Negotiate ILS packages

Coordinate production schedules

Ensure consistent and accurate brand presentation

Collaborate with creative resources to develop high-quality ad assets

Identify performance gaps or opportunities early

Stay informed of industry trends

Independently research

and present data-driven recommendations
