Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Coordinate and review external publisher email campaigns, ensuring content compliance, approvals, and proper integration requirements are met. Support social media campaign execution for external publishers, including tracking setup, account requirements, and approval workflows. Manage scheduling, communication, and execution of product updates for credit card-related clients. Execute product updates through manual processes or automated API-based systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in onboarding new external publisher accounts, including tracking link creation, account setup, and compliance documentation. Contribute to the development of training materials for publishers related to integration processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with client and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign launches. Partner with operations leadership on process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities. Support ongoing operational requests such as data validation, compliance audits, rate changes, and documentation updates. Requirements 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, marketing operations, or platform integrations. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements clearly. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose solutions independently. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing both short-term tasks and long-term projects. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process accuracy.
